Constable Clive Wedderburn, a resident of New Harbour Village Phase II has succumbed to injuries he sustained from motor vehicle accident along the May Pen, Clarendon leg of Highway 2000 East-West.

Wedderburn, 33, was at about 12:05 am driving in an easterly direction when he collided in the back of a truck. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

He was assigned to the Clarendon Police Division.
