Hundreds of Flow customers in St. Catherine South Western were left without internet, cable, and landline services early this morning after vandals severely damaged critical infrastructure in Old Harbour.

The telecommunications company confirmed the disruption in a press release, stating that the "extensive damage" was caused by deliberate acts of vandalism. Flow strongly condemned the behaviour and apologized to affected customers, many of whom woke up to no connectivity.

The outage has impacted communities across the constituency, leaving residents and businesses struggling without essential services. Flow assured customers that its technical teams are working urgently to restore services but did not provide a specific timeline for full recovery.

The telecoms provider is yet to identify the perpetrators, but the company emphasized that such acts harm not only service providers but also the wider community.

Investigations are ongoing, and Flow is urging anyone with information to come forward.

Affected customers are advised to monitor Flow’s official channels for updates on service restoration.
